Brandon Jansen - Admitted Attorney

Brandon is an admitted Attorney specializing in Labour Law and employee relations, with 10 years experience. His career spans from practicing as a Labour Law Attorney, Senior IR and HR officer in the property management sector, Lecturing labour subjects, and Employee Relations Specialist at higher education institutions, as well as retail. Specialist areas include unfair dismissals, retrenchments, performance management, consulting, policy drafting amongst others. Brandon has also recently joined Project Yananai (NPO) as Senior Legal Council on a volunteer basis.

Clyde Henney - Labour Law Specialist

Clyde Henney is a seasoned labour and employee relations specialist with more than 25 years of experience across the CCMA, bargaining councils, corporate, Contract cleaning sector and higher education sectors. He holds a B.Iuris (UWC), an LLM in Labour Law (UCT), and a Diploma in Labour Relations, with formal accreditation as a CCMA Commissioner. Clyde is also a Certified Mediator in Commercial and Court-Aligned Mediation (Mediation in Motion, DISAC-accredited service provider, UCT). He has mediated, conciliated, and arbitrated disputes across diverse industries, consistently achieving a 75% settlement rate. For the past eight years, he has specialised in the higher education sector at the University of Cape Town, focusing on collective bargaining, wage negotiations, and individual employment law, with strong expertise in dispute resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes, and Section 189 and 197 restructuring consultations.

Sharon is based in the UK and is an Advocate with the South African Bar (SA) bringing extensive expertise Employment Law. She as also an accredited mediator recognized by esteemed institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). This accreditation reflects her expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in mediation. Sharon has a successful track record of representing clients in the High, Regional, and District Courts.

Yaseen Moollatjie - Admitted Attorney

Yaseen is an admitted attorney of the High Court who holds an LLB degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (Cum Laude), and an LLM in Labour Law (Cum Laude). He has extensive experience across all areas of labour and employment law, representing both domestic and international clients in industries such as retail, fashion, construction, higher education, agriculture, transport, and medical, before the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court. His expertise includes policy drafting, risk mitigation, chairing and representing parties in disciplinary hearings, facilitating full section 189 processes, drafting legal opinions, and conducting compliance audits. Yaseen also serves as Chairperson for the Western Cape Region and Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the National Employee Relations Forum for Higher Education. He is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to deliver proactive, strategic advice that safeguards his clients’ interests in both the short and long term.
